We were blown away by the attention to detail at this charming hotel. The staff were great too ensure our stay was comfortable. Our nice furniture and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The homemade breakfasts were always a treat, and we loved dining in the leafy courtyard. The location was ideal, with easy access to the vaporetto and the main attractions. Despite its central location, the hotel was peaceful and allowed us to retreat from the hustle and bustle of Venice. we had an lovely experience and would highly recommend this hidden gem.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center and close to everything. We were able to easily access transportation, even with our five suitcases. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful courtyard where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff were great, ensuring that our needs were always taken care of.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, tucked away in a small out of the way alley with restaurants in-and-within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They greeted me by name and made me feel very welcome. The room itself was beautiful and had all the amenities I needed, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The bed was comfortable and the room was soundproofed, so I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a wide selection of food and the option to have an omelette or crepe made to order. the service, location, and room amenities made my stay here enjoyable and memorable.

I would highly recommend this place to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Beautiful room mixing modern and historical decor, with canal view. Convenient location near main sites in San Marco. Delicious and varied breakfast with omelette or crepe options. Very helpful and friendly staff, even provided Prosecco for honeymoon celebration.

We stayed in a deluxe double room that was small but adequate for our city stay. The room was beautifully done, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is located close to a quiet square and within walking distance of all the main attractions. We were able to easily walk everywhere or take a Vaporetto from the nearby stop. The hotel staff were excellent and provided helpful recommendations and reservations for restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic, with a continental buffet, juices, prosecco, and a menu to order eggs. The quaint courtyard area made for a perfect setting.

The only downside was that there wasn't a view from the room.

The location of this hotel is perfect, with a water bus stop just a short walk away, making it very convenient to reach all the sites. Despite being close to everything, it feels private and tucked away from the tourist crowds. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. The breakfast, served in a lovely garden setting, offers a fantastic selection of delicious food, including freshly cooked hot selections.

Some guests mentioned that the bathroom could be more modern and updated.
